Calvert Racing Suspensions Raises The Bar In 2009....

(2-12-2009)
LANCASTER, CA
- Calvert Racing Suspensions is proud to
announce their 10th year of support of the Pacific Street Car
Association and their racers. As in the past, we will continue our
Contingency support in 2009 on Our Caltrac
Traction Bars. This year we have decided to step up to the Class Title
Sponsor for Bracket-1 in the PSCA and SCSN series. We believe this will
be a great opportunity with added exposure for Calvert Racing, the PSCA,
and especially the grassroots racer.
Over the past few seasons, Calvert Racing
Products has had great success in several of the PSCA classes; both
Heads-Up & Bracket. Last year, Wild Street racer Al Jimenez not only won
the 2008 Championship but is now considered the Fastest and Quickest
Leaf Spring car in the World 7.56 / 187mph. Right behind Al was George
Raygoza, the 2008 runner up and past two
time True Street Champion. A quick fact about
Raygoza, George has been to more final
rounds than any racer in the history of the PSCA. What do both of these
racers have in common?? Caltrac Traction
Bars and Calvert Racing Split Mono Leaf Springs!!! Other
PSCA notable... Artis
Houston was the 2005 Wild Street Champion and we believe the
first leaf spring cars in the 7's. Caleb Hunter of SCE Gaskets recorded
his first Championship in 2007 in the Quick Street class. 2008 PSCA
Event winners using Caltracs include,
Charles Jackson, Mike Saiki, Steve Cox, Chris
Biggerstaff, Tom Easterday, George Raygoza
& Al Jimenez... Calvert Racing would like to congratulate all of our
Customers in the PSCA and we will continue to be the leader in leaf
spring suspension and we'll see you at the races!!! Contact us at
